Yes, anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately and you're charged a prorated amount for the rest of the billing cycle. Downgrades schedule for the next billing cycle so you keep the higher tier features until then.
Never. Every plan supports unlimited recipes. We price by tier feature set, not usage volume.
List prices rise when we hit 30 paying organisations. If you subscribed before that, your rate is locked for 12 months from the date of the rise. Annual plans inherit the same protection. After the 12 months you'll renew at then-current pricing, with at least 30 days' notice.
Yes. Every plan includes unlimited users, owner, admin, and member roles. Invite your manager, your finance team, even your retailer's compliance contact, with no per-seat cost.
No. The trial is one month, every feature on the tier you pick, no card required. We'll only ask for payment if you decide to subscribe.
Your account is locked, not deleted. Recipes, ingredients, decisions, every version, all saved on your account. Reactivate any time and pick up exactly where you left off.
Yes, for annual plans. Stripe Checkout offers card and BACS / bank transfer for annual subscriptions. If you need a manual invoice (for example, on the Enterprise tier or with a procurement workflow), email Anna and we'll set it up.
Card via Stripe Checkout for monthly and annual plans. BACS and bank transfer via Stripe Checkout for annual plans. Manual invoice via Anna for annual or Enterprise.
Settings, then Billing, then Cancel subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, you keep full access until then. Your work stays accessible after cancellation; the account just stops being charged.
Hosted in Germany at Hetzner Nuremberg (ISO 27001 certified), GDPR-compliant. Daily encrypted backups in a separate German data centre (Hetzner Falkenstein).
